Tarrina has a First Class Honors Degree in Chemistry and a Master’s Degree in Environmental Science. She started her career at ICI (later becoming Syngenta) initially as a Chemist but later as Manufacturing Operations Manager making 14 million litres over 44 products of agrochemicals per annum and managing over 60 staff.
Since starting Optimorph over 2 decades ago Tarrina has gained extensive and enviable experience and expertise in re-engineering manufacturing business by successfully implementing change management interventions to improve any businesses:
People, Processes and Performance.
Fully conversant in both the knowledge and application of Lean, 6 Sigma, KPI’s, High Performance Teams and many other Business Improvement tools and techniques.
Tarrina has a particular expertise in manufacturing and has held various non-executive Director roles in a diverse range of businesses where she has successfully deployed change management interventions and services.
Tarrina has worked with and coached over 25 premier league football players on cognitive behavioural principles as well as working with a diverse range of over 45 companies designing and implementing change management and coaching interventions and programmes. Optimorph were also repeatedly engaged for 6 years by Business Link Kent and Manufacturing Advisory Service (MAS) and were responsible for facilitating 7 best practice and resource efficiency clubs for the manufacturing and engineering sector across Kent
